Citroen bietet einen kaum verhüllten Blick auf der nächsten Generation C4 Picasso mit einem neuen Konzept für den Genfer Auto-Salon. Genannt Technospace, Vorschau das neue Concept-Car direkt der neue C4 Picasso, die vor einem UK-Start im Mai im April vorgestellt werden. Das Modell wird den ersten Spin-off Citroens neuen Efficient Modular Platform 2 (EMP2). Durch das leichtere Gewicht von der Plattform, den neuen C4 Picasso wiegt rund 70 kg weniger als das aktuelle Modell. Und das leichtere Gewicht, in Kombination mit effizienteren Motoren, wird es ermöglichen, die CO2-Emissionen von nur 98g/km und sein Karges Gewand. Die Technospace Konzept ist 4430mm lange, 1830mm breit und 1610mm hoch, mit einem Radstand von 2783mm. Das macht es 40mm kürzer als die aktuelle C4 Picasso, aber mit einem 55mm längeren Radstand als das aktuelle Auto -, Kabinen-Raum verbessert werden. Kofferraum wird gesagt, lass führenden, bei 537 Liter. Die grundlegende silhouette der C4 Picasso ist erkennbar vor, wenn auch mit veränderten Proportionen durch die neuen Dimensionen. Die überhänge sind reduziert für ein kompakter Bauform und ausgezeichnete Sicht sollte angeboten werden, von der split A-Säulen. Die split-Scheinwerfer an der front sind eines der auffälligsten design-Merkmale. Citroens neuer 3D-Effekt-Rückleuchten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Innen, das Konzept wird die erste Anwendung von Citroens neuen modularen infotainment-system, das über eine große 12V-touchscreen zur Steuerung vieler Innenraum-Befehle. Thanks to the lighter weight of the platform, the new C4 Picasso will weigh around 70kg less than the current model. And this lighter weight, in combination with more efficient engines, will allow for CO2 emissions of just 98g/km in its most frugal guise. The Technospace concept is 4430mm long, 1830mm wide and 1610mm high, with a wheelbase of 2783mm. That makes it 40mm shorter than the current C4 Picasso, but with a 55mm longer wheelbase than the current car, cabin space will be improved. Boot capacity is said to be lass leading, at 537 litres. The fundamental silhouette of the C4 Picasso is recognisable from before, albeit with altered proportions due to the new dimensions. The overhangs are reduced for a more compact look, and excellent visibility should be offered from the split A-pillars. The split headlights at the front are the one of the more striking design features. Citroens new 3D-effect rear lights also feature. Inside, the concept gets the first application of Citroens new modular infotainment system, which includes a large 12in touchscreen to control many of the interior commands.
