We have already written that the Ministry of Finance wants to establish the minimum and maximum cost of the insurance policy, creating a price corridor. At a minimum, a basic rate of 1,980 rubles will be taken, but the ceiling is not defined, but the right to determine the price of the policy will be given to insurance companies on a case-by-case basis. The insurance market analysts say that the OSAGO policies will rebound in March at a price of 10-70%, and this is after a recent hike in price by 10-40%! The high competitive market forces each insurer to seek a rational middle between price and loss-this is evidenced by regular fluctuations in tariffs, and the price of the helo is influenced by almost the same factors as in the case of OSAGO (region, marting/model/power of the car, age and driver's experience), with each insurer set up its own rates and adjusts them on the basis of statistics. The minimum price of the liability insurance policy will protect the market from dumping, and the minimum limits will protect the liability of the policyholder.
