Thread: 2011 Chicago auto show-što se otkriva

The 2011 Chicago Auto Show is the oldest and largest auto show in the U. S. with well over a million visitors each year. The 103rd edition of the auto show in the country opens its doors to the public on Friday.

The media will get a sneak look at new cars being unveiled during the next couple of days. Chevrolet may be the surprise star as it has said it will unveil a new vehicle based on the Camaro.

What we do know — Acura will unveil the 2012 TL. Chrysler will take the wraps off the new 2011 Chrysler 200 Convertible, which was a partial star in the highly regarded two-minute Chrysler commercial on the Super Bowl this past Sunday. Hyundai will unveil plans to rally the new coupe Veloster.

In the past, Toyota has conducted major launches in Chicago but this year it looks like the only news is a celebration of the 3 millionth certified used Toyota. It is great news for the woman who purchased the vehicle, as Toyota will have her appear as guest of honor and reimburse the cost of her 2008 Sienna and additionally give money to charity.
