The Russian government is planning next year to make 1 billion rubles in GK "Rostechnologii" (one of the shareholders of AVTOVAZ) for the partial repurchase obligations "IzhAvto" to banks, according to the draft budget of the Russian Federation for 2012, published on the website of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
