The government has decided to maintain the increased export duty on gasoline, but in a slightly abbreviated form. From 1 July 2011 it will be 400,5$ per tonne, which is 3.7% less than in June, according to published in "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" resolution. Currently, the rate of duty on naphtha is 415,8$ per ton. In July, the decline amounts to 15.3 per dollar, or 3.7%. Recall that in some regions of the Russian Federation due to the fuel crisis of may 1, increased the export duty on gasoline by up to 90% of the duty on oil, then extended the influence of increased duties on June. Previously, the export duty gasoline accounted for about 60% of the duty on oil.
