April 9 2015 in the Moscow region took place the ceremony of awarding the best authorized dealers Toyota 2014. Winners in 10 categories were defined on the basis of the new comprehensive evaluation method of work of authorized dealers in 2014. Serious selection process was carried out simultaneously on several criteria, including the stability of business performance, customer service quality, the introduction of modern methods of working with clients, working with financial products Toyota, compliance with the service level high global standards of Toyota Motor Corporation and many others.
Best dealers, outperforming in several areas of work, which was first awarded in the special category of the project established by the President of OOO "Toyota Motor". Winners of the award "President's Award" were three official dealer: Toyota Center Samara Aurora, Toyota Center Tyumen North and the Toyota Center Saratov. Award winners in this category was presented personally by the President of OOO "Toyota Motor" Mr. hidenori Ozaki.
The winner in the nomination "KAIZEN" (Breakthrough of the year) became the Toyota Center Kama, have shown the highest growth in business in view 2013.
In the category "customer satisfaction Index" assessment was conducted in three categories - "General", "Sales" and "Service". Awards in this category received the Toyota Center Kuban ("Total customer satisfaction in sales and service and customer Satisfaction in sales") and Toyota Center Orenburg (the"customer Satisfaction in the service"). In the nomination "new car Sales Toyota" confident leader was the Toyota Center Krasnodar. Toyota Center Perm was recognized as the best dealer for service. Located in the Moscow Region the Toyota Center Riga became the winner in the category "Sale of used cars". From the point of view of car sales to corporate customers the best performance was demonstrated by the Toyota Center Nizhny Novgorod. In the category "Financial services (lending)" the award winner was the Toyota Center Piskaryovskoye from St. Petersburg.
