The future successor to Bugatti Veyron, known under the name Chiron continues to grow into all sorts of intriguing details — as British CAR writes today, the new Bugatti will be able to recruit the first 100 km/h for fantastic 2 seconds.
This and much more it will provide familiar W16 — as we have wrote earlier, Chiron will inherit from Vejrona monstrous 8.0-liter unit with a bunch of turbines (Meanwhile online rumours that engineers thought about 14-cylinder engine, but later abandoned this idea).
But the turbines here may be electrically operated and provide newbies even more power, namely 1500 forces (this point will be 1500 Nm, that is, the same as the Veyron Super Sport). And even more speed-it is expected that maksimalka here will be more than 460 km/h.
And it's not all trumps Chiron. He also brags system deactivation of cylinders and relatively modest appetites. That is roughly fits within a 20 liters of fuel per 100 km in mixed ... No, rather moderate loop (by the way, wild Veyron Super Sport on the Passport is 23.1 l).
Perhaps the Bugatti vykatit another monster already this year, but we'd rather bet on the next. Look!
