In the year 2015, the State will continue to subsidize the recycling program of old cars, but will change the mechanism for the distribution of funds between the parties. The newspaper writes today Vedomosti, referring to several well-informed sources in the industry. According to them, if so far, each of the major market players allocated fixed amounts, then the next year budget pie will share by segments that would increase competition.
As reported earlier, the head of the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov, the total recycling program for 2015 should reach 10 billion. This year the government initially allocated from the anticrisis Fund of 10 billion, but when they ended, added to this amount to 2.9 billion rubles. Of this amount, AVTOVAZ, KAMAZ, GAZ and Sollers received 2 billion, and the remaining money were divided among smaller companies.
Next year a fixed amount will not be fixed for specific manufacturers, and for segments: there may be two (cars and trucks) or four (passenger cars, light commercial, heavy-duty trucks and buses). In each group, most will get that company cars which will be most in demand; analysts believe that this scheme will be beneficial primarily to manufacturers of mass budget models.
Simultaneously, the government may refuse to support the upgrade of the fleet on the trade-in system, which is now the most profits have foreign brands. However, the document about the recycling program for 2015 has not yet been approved, and any possible surprises.
