In Russia stopped selling new cars

Dealers are forced to stop sales to reconsider the ruble prices. After black Tuesday and the collapse of the ruble, car prices in dollar terms fell to incredibly low.
For example Ford Focus, the price of which starts from 600 000 rubles, the dollar value is less than $10000 at the official rate of the Central Bank of Russia on 17 December 2014. While in the States, the country with some of the lowest prices on cars, Ford Focus costs $16800. The price of a new Ford Focus in the Euro dropped below the €8000, which is two times lower than the price on the same car in Germany €16450.
In this environment, to trade cars at the current ruble prices is impossible. As reported TASS, at least two major Russian dealer Major Auto and Avilon suspended sales of cars. According to the Agency sales stop for a few days for the correction in car prices.
Dealers first stop car sales. Even in the crisis of 1998 sales had not stopped, but then the dealers were allowed to trade for currency. If there was even the absurd situation where sellers do not have time to change price tags in rubles and some lucky ones were able to buy a new car, such as GAS-3110, for 200 dollars.

GAZ-3110. Price: $ 200 in 1998
