Moscow: from Balaklavki to Kaširki
In the government's capital once again spoke about the construction of the southern belt - line, badly needed the South of Moscow, but frozen because of the crisis two years ago. The cost of the new route is estimated at 118 billion rubles - a lot more than was allocated to the first segment, "Luzhkov" CTK
Paveletsky's direction is worthy of mention in the Guinness Book of Records: from Nakhimov Avenue to MCAD-not a single move. It has long been necessary to connect the direct Balaklavsky Avenue along the Kantemirovskaya street with the street of Borisovskoye Pruda, which would ensure crossing of two railway tracks (in addition to Paveletska, the Kursk branch of the railway) is here. The construction was planned back in 2009, and the launch of the South Rokada was due to take place in 2011. But he hit the crisis ... The situation in the area of Warsaw-Kashirka is so terrible that we cannot wait any longer. The beginning will be done by "pierce" from Balaklava Avenue to Kantemirovska Street through Paveletska J/d. The length of the projected line is 6475 meters. According to experts, it is obvious and every motorist, the new route will improve the transport situation in the south of the capital, considerably unloading Kashier and Warsaw highway, as well as Proletarian Avenue. The cockatoo will be organized in three lanes in each direction-more, alas, not working. At the same time, in the area of interchanges, the carriageway will expand to four lanes. There is a road project, it was ready in 2007, but it looks like it will be adjusted. For those years, things have changed. A shopping complex was built, along the roads, there were parking spaces. This year, 150 million rubles will be spent on the design of the Balakovka-Kashika area. What's the money waiting for us? According to the officials, the road that will connect Balaklavsky Avenue and Kashyra highway will become part of the Rublevo-Kpotnia ligament. It's almost all the details, because the new project is only at the start. And the old one at the site of Balakovka's lure to Varshavka was a three-level interchange. Next, the cockatoo would run under the 80-90-foot-long tunnel, and the route of the road was on the overpass. The ground level was planned to rotate. In the area of the way of the Paveletsky railway, the road would dive into a small tunnel under the high railway berm. Through the river Chertanovka would have had a bridge on which the track had been sent to the other side of the road. Another responsible interchange is a two-storey intersection-at the crossroads with Proletarian Avenue. The tunnel is preventing the line of the subway from being built. The other day, it became known that the new highway, as planned and earlier, will be held along the border of the Kotlyakovo industrial zone, through the natural complex in the Chertanovka River region. Next, the road will pass through the existing residential construction on the street of Cantemirovska Street. That sounds ominous. But, more precisely, the Kantemirovskaya Street will be extended on an even, northern side, as planned, up to 8 lanes. The distance to residential buildings is about 80 meters. It's a desert, open parking lot, and flat garages. Where all this is going (there are thousands of machine seats), not yet reported. On the old project, the Cantemirovka was intended to be expanded by the power line, which runs along the road, replacing the air line with the cable. Free space even created a protective strip from green spaces. The crossing with the Caspian street will pass through the railway of Kursk direction, cut the corner of the natural-historical park Tsaritsyno and will enter the Rue Borisov Prudy. How? Previously, it was supposed to be through the tunnel. At the NPO5 of the Geneplan NiPI, where the first project was being developed, it was reported that the site of the park is interfering with the park of Tsaritsyno. According to the project, the length of the tunnel was about 1.5 km and was intended to consist of two three-lane "sleeves" with one-way traffic, connected by several emergency "moves". The diameter of the structure (14.2 meters) allowed it to be two-tiered: the top was planned to be used for motor traffic, lower-for communication. But this was all planned before ... As it is now, the details must be followed. In my opinion. -I wonder what will become of the garages? According to the project four years ago, car parks that fell under demolition should have been taken to the area north of the future course. In Moskvoreshye-Sachurovo there are water treatment plants constructed in their time for the above-mentioned Chertanovka. It was suggested that a two-tiered parking structure for a total of 3,000 machine seats would be built on them. Elena Shitikova, Editor
