Nelson Piquet Jr. will continue his progress through the NASCAR ranks in 2013 after sealing a full-time Nationwide Series deal. The ex-Formula 1 driver will stay with his Camping World Truck Series team Turner Scott Motorsports, with which he won two races last season.
Piquet contested a handful of Nationwide events in 2012 alongside his Truck campaign, and took his first series victory at Road America.
