Het is niet dat groot van een deal, echt, maar we hebben een meningsverschil over het personeel ten aanzien van navigatiesystemen. Het lijkt erop dat sommigen van ons (meestal de techneuten) Maak een gewoonte altijd een auto's nav-scherm op de Noord-up-modus instelt. Met papieren kaarten en plattegronden begrijp ik dat Noord moet altijd omhoog. Maar in een reizende auto, ik vind het veel informatiever te hebben van de kaart instellen met de cursor omhoog, wees in de richting van de reis. Ik zie de straten die ik zal worden geconfronteerd zonder dat hoeft te maken van de flop in mijn hoofd. Wat is uw voorkeur? Its not that big of a deal, really, but we have a disagreement on the staff with regard to navigation systems. It seems that some of us (mostly the techies) make a habit of always setting a cars nav screen to the north-up mode. With paper maps, I fully understand that north should always be up. But in a traveling car, I find it much more informative to have the map set with the cursor pointed up, in the direction of travel. I like to see the streets I will be encountering without having to make the flop in my head. Whats your preference?
