Starting today, August 27, 2010, in Ukraine will rise the cost of the policies of compulsory insurance of civil liability (compulsory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles.
So, according to the decision of the Commission No. 566, approved by the Ministry of justice on August 16, and entered into force today, the basic rate of compulsory insurance will decline from the current 291,45 UAH up to 180 USD, and the liability limits have not been reviewed since the introduction of compulsory civil liability insurance in 2005, will rise in two times.
In particular, for property damage will increase from 25.5 to 50 thousand UAH thousand UAH, and for causing harm to life and health of victims - from 51 thousand UAH to UAH 100 thousand.
At the same time, changed correction coefficients to the base rate to determine the price of the policy.

- Base rate was lowered to 180 UAH., but factors raised twice, this will increase the overall cost of the policy. If before TH 1.6 HP, Kiev was 410 UAH, it is now more than 700 UAH.




BUT publication in a "Oftime usnike of Ukraine" is 30, so according to Art. 57 of the Constitution "Laws and other normative legal acts that determine the rights and duties of citizens, which are not communicated to the public in the manner prescribed by law, are invalid. " i.e., it is still possible to require registration of Goski old rates!!!
