Became known Daimler plans to expand cooperation with Renault-Nissan Alliance. German automaker Daimler will manufacture engines for Infiniti vehicles. According to the Financial Times Deutschland, citing a source in the company of Stuttgart, currently in the U.S. there is a search site for the new plant. The final decision about the location of production will be adopted before the end of 2011 and the first Infiniti with Mercedes engines will appear in 2013. More specifically it could be two diesel engines and one petrol engine V6. Earlier, the head of Daimler Dieter Zetsche expressed that it was considering the possibility of joint development of the new car premium with a partner Nissan Alliance - Renault. It is possible that such a car could get above the engines. Recall that the cooperation between Renault-Nissan and Daimler began in April 2011.
