In Moscow detained the driver, who on Sunday October 30, 2011 staged a massive crash. As explained in the law enforcement agencies arrested about 10:00 entered on the square in Kiev station under prohibition sign and tried to hide from inspectors, traffic police, when they tried to detain him. During the chase, the driver had committed numerous traffic violations and broke 12 cars, four of them police officers. When the police managed to catch the offender, it turned out that the driver was completely naked, and during the detention, he began to sing the Russian national anthem and adequately to react. Detainees was a 35-year-old citizen of Moldova Vitaly Grodek working in the capital of a taxi driver. Their actions, he explained that "flying on the wings of love" to talk with his lover, which the day before had told him he is not ready for a serious relationship. Strip Grodek, in his own words, was already behind the wheel. Initially, police believed that the offender was drunk, but it turned out that he suffers from mental illness. Currently Grodek sent to a psychiatric hospital with a diagnosis of delusion disorder. Earlier, the police reported that in respect of the detainee may be initiated a criminal case under article 317 of the criminal code (attempt on the life of the law enforcement officer; the use of violence against a representative of authorities) and 213 of the criminal code (hooliganism).
