Court of the city of Munich has sentenced the former head of Volkswagen and BMW Bernd Pisetzner major penalty for tax evasion. According to the decision, the businessman will pay in various instances 100 thousand Euro fine. As shown by the investigation of the trial chamber on economic crimes, 63-year-old pikeside did not pay taxes on the amount of 235 000 Euro. However, the guilt of the former top Manager is not so great, because he acted without malice and largely relied on its financial adviser in respect of which an investigation has begun.
