Discussion on the measures of State support was devoted to Roundtable "Green transport in Russia: problems of development and regulation". The event has been generated a list of recommendations for stimulating the acquisition of electric vehicles in our country. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Norwegian Ministry of transport and communications-the country with the most developed market for electric vehicles in the European Union. It is, for example, promoting the acquisition of electric vehicles through the abolition of VAT and customs duties, creating a comfortable environment by allowing the use of dedicated lanes for public transport, for the movement of personal electric vehicles etc. After discussions, the participants formulated draft recommendations for the elaboration of measures of State support with the use of foreign experience. Such measures include: zero import duty on èlektromobiliprimenenie reduced VAT rate for èlektromobilejvydača direct subsidies to buyers. This is the first discussion in the State Duma measures of State support for the formation of the market of electric vehicles in Russia, but the participants promised that work will continue.
