The Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation has developed rules for the accreditation of operators of motor vehicles. Cost of accreditation to companies applying for this role will have 20 thousand rubles, plus another 10 thousand rubles will have to pay for each inspection point. The order of the Ministry of economic development and government regulation should enter into force on 1 January 2012 the Accreditation of operators technical inspection will deal with the Russian Union of motor insurers (RAMI). When you apply PCA, the operator must specify the number of inspection that will be carried on, their addresses, and shall provide copies of the documents confirming the availability of the necessary means of technical diagnostics included in the approved list. Also, the operator must have the necessary technical equipment for daily transmission of information about the results of the inspection in a single automated system. The requirements of the personnel in the state of the operator should be at least one technical expert.
