The new highway, which is built between the Zvenigorurban Highway and the Moscow City MCC, takes real shape. By the end of this year, two major overpasses will be introduced, and the new road will be fully operational in September next year. Construction work on the interchanges is actively carried out even in the weekend, between the Zvenigorod Highway and the business centre, which is the main hope of Moscow authorities for solving the transport problems of "Moscow-City". "This highway allows to ensure a free movement of vehicles in this area," said Andrey Bochkarev, the head of Moscow's construction department. "It connects the interior of the Third Transport Ring with the business centre, provides traffic on the transport ring and the main streams of our motorists towards the Zvenigorod highway." In December, there will be an Estatada No5, which will allow the TK to move to the Moskwa-City district, as well as an Estatada No6, which will give the opportunity to return from city back to the Third Ring. One of the first sections of the construction was opened in July last year-this is a transit blockade of the TK. The new motorway will consist of seven overpasses, five underground passagesways and two railway overpasses. The road is equipped with new automatic flashlights with photoreers, which react to the level of illumination and are themselves included in the evening and are switched off in the morning. The total length of the road will be just under four kilometres. On the main overades of the track, traffic will be carried through three lanes in both directions, and on additional, smaller, two lanes. The facility is now operational 24 hours a day, three shifts, with about 850 employees. The development of the third transport ring, designed to unload the Third Transport Ring, is being built on the border of the three districts-CAO, CAO and CJSC. The large construction started back in 2008, and the project was invested in a phenomenal amount-16.8 billion rubles. In the territory of the Moscow-City business centre, the new estads will build three major parking areas. The city's authorities have long been talking about the need to equip the business center with parking spaces, which are sorely lacking, but the specific sites are just now. One of them is the territory of the garage cooperative in the city of Schmitovsk. Now, this place is filled with metal boxes, which are subject to demolition. The second parking is planned to be erected at the site of the existing concrete plant opposite "Moscow-City". For the third parking there will be nothing to wear-it will be built at the intersection of the Shalepihyn highway and the 2nd Main Street, where there is a vacant lot of land. In my opinion. -Even the three new parking will not meet all the needs of the business center. According to the mayor, "Moscow-City" lacks 12 to 13,000 parking spaces. Such requests to solve the problems of the business centre will take another five years, for which the number of skyscrapers will increase, and the newly created places will not be sufficient.
