Europe agreed to a single standard èlektrozapravok
Details of the new agreement of the Association of European car manufacturers. The European Union agreed to a single standard mains chargers for electric vehicles. According to the Association of European auto manufacturers (ACEA), representatives of the largest companies have agreed to come to General rules on how to look like a charger. According to the Chairman of the ACEA, Ivan Hodača, at present agreement transmitted for approval to the European Commission, as well as the authorities responsible for the introduction of regulations. Until recently, virtually every manufacturer of electric cars has created its own charger that is different from the competition. Now, Europe decided to introduce uniform standards that should allow to recharge electric cars in any place intended for that purpose, regardless of manufacturer. "We made a major step towards the widespread use of electric vehicles in Europe and paved the way for the adoption of such an informed decision in the world," said Hodač. The association ACEA believe that the emergence of a unified èlektrozapravok everywhere should occur at the earliest opportunity, while producers would gradually evolve in this scenario up to the year 2017.
