Seven years of imprisonment, however, since 2008, the drivers of the scooters who violated the rules and caused other harm to health, by resolution of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, are criminally responsible under article 268 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The person will be deprived of liberty for up to five years or imprisonment for a term of up to seven years, depending on the severity of the consequences. Do you want to do the vest, too? The Criminal Code provides for the criminal liability of persons who have reached the age of 16 (remember that only when that age is reached and allowed to sit on the scooter).
