I am sure making a work on the principles of mutual benefit, we will make progress," he said. According to Putin Century, speaking about the cooperation, the European partners should take into account the interests of Russia. "Cooperation should be beneficial to both parties. This means that we have spent and will spend the following policy in this area: we will seek to increase the amount of localization, i.e. production on the territory of the Russian Federation with the simultaneous transfer of technologies," he explained. However, Russia's partners receive benefits in the form of access to the national market of the Russian Federation.
