After the introduction in Russia of a moratorium on inspection of the largest Russian manufacturer of first aid kits will have to close the plant and lay off employees. Manufacturer of car kits FEST in Kostroma last week was forced to stop the enterprise and reduce from 300 to 500 employees. On these measures, the plant had to go after it became known that the inspection was postponed for a year. Motorists know what to prepare machine for inspection is not necessary, stopped buying kits and wholesalers refused to accept a new batch of goods. In the end, warehouses plant FEST has accumulated more than 80 thousand car kits. In June, the company planned to produce 180 thousand kits, but due to overcrowding warehouse has released two times less. The plant management FEST already informed the employment service Kostroma, and until mid-August to dismissed employees will be paid two-thirds of earnings. In the management of the plant are preparing an appeal to the authorities to strengthen control over the quality of first aid kits in cars.
