The Finance Ministry has already sent to the government a new version of the draft law on compulsory motor TPL, said the Deputy head of the financial policy Department of the Ministry of Finance Vera Balakireva. The document envisages an increase in the maximum limit payments to victims from the current 160 thousand to 500 thousand roubles in terms of harm to the life and health and from 120 thousand to 400 thousand rubles in damage to property.
