Winner European formula three will take part in the Ferrari F1 tests

The winner of the European championship Formula 3 in 2013 will have the opportunity to sit behind the wheel of a Formula 1 car Ferrari at the end of the season. The agreement was reached between the FIA and the FDA (the Ferrari Driver Academy).
