MIA wants to tighten responsibility for illegal flashers
The interior Ministry proposes to toughen the penalties for illegal flashers and set the punishment for the use of official certificates for avoiding punishment for traffic violations. During sparred in Moscow traffic police together with colleagues from the FSB, FSO seized 65 fake identities, more than 100 fake passes to the objects of governmental authorities, as well as identified 10 vehicles with illegally established signals. It is often the drivers tried using employee IDs to avoid punishment for traffic violations. After the RAID the traffic police have to think about the establishment of a special legal norms, toughening the responsibility of drivers and car owners for illegal use of flashing lights. With regard to the use of official certificates, until there are no legislative restrictions on the use of symbols and abbreviations bodies of state power to punish for false documents is difficult to complain about the office.
