Both cars are part of Renault's solution for its lack of success in the SUV and crossover market - its only recent offering, the Korean-built Koleos, has not been a hit in Europe. The car in the drawings is based Renault Nissans B platform, so overall length is just over four metres, similar to the Nissan Juke which is also based on the B platform. The Captur will be unveiled at the Geneva motor show in March, and will go on sale in the summer.
