Novos BMW série 4 GranCoupe revelado

Cinco-porta liftback junta-se as variantes cupê e conversível no intervalo de 4-série; à venda em junho, com preços a partir de 29.000. O BMW 4-série GranCoupe foi revelado e fará sua estréia pública no motor show de Genebra em março.
Conjunto para ir à venda no Reino Unido em junho, com preços a partir de 29.420, o liftback de cinco portas estende-se a formação de 4-série de três estilos de corpo distintos. Ele se junta o série 4 Coupé e conversível para criar um intervalo destinado a rivalizar com a do Audi A5.
O novo carro é semelhante no apelo para a série 6 GranCoupe. No entanto, BMW tornou-se longe de usar a inicialização convencional desse modelo, em vez disso dando a série 4 GranCoupe um arranjo de cinco-porta liftback mais versátil, como o do GranTurismo 3-série maior, mais alto. BMW funcionários dizem que este formato fará a série 4 GranCoupe mais atraente para novos compradores.
O resultado é um carro layout semelhante do A5 Sportback, com uma estufa de vidro rasa, duas portas traseiras curtas (todos eles sem moldura), um grande estilo liftback e um roofline coupe-como um churrasco que abre automaticamente, através do chaveiro ou um sensor de pedal opcional incorporado o pára-choque traseiro.
A série 4 GranCoupe é 4638 milímetros de comprimento, 1825mm de largura e 1389 milímetros de altura. Isso é mais 14mm, 14mm mais largo e 40mm menor do que a série 3 Berlina. Apesar de sua aparência elegante, os coeficientes de arrasto são só médios padrões de classe, com uma melhor de 0. 27 no pretexto de 418d, subindo para 0. 30 em modelos all-wheel-drive.
O carro novo tem o mesmo chassi como a da série 4 Coupé e conversível, então sua menos espaçoso por dentro do que a longa-distância entre eixos 3GT. Sua distância entre eixos é 2810mm, com larguras de faixa de 1545mm na frente e 1594mm na traseira. A Baía de carga tem uma capacidade de 480 litros com os bancos traseiros e 1300 litros com eles rebatidos.
A série 4 GranCoupes de portas traseiras e tampa traseira adicionam 50kg para o peso kerb dos modelos cupê equivalente. O mais leve dos modelos de lançamento, o 420i, atinge as escalas em 1480kg, que é 80kg mais do que a berlina 320i.
A série 4 GranCoupe será lançado com uma escolha de cinco motores e qualquer uma padrão seis velocidades manual ou opcional oito-velocidade caixa de velocidades automática. Mais dois motores a diesel são planejados para seguir este ano.
Movimentação da traseiro-roda é padrão. Movimentação de quatro rodas opcional será disponível a partir do lançamento no Reino Unido sobre o 33.815 420D xDrive, com prováveis que siga outras variantes. Contrariando rumores anteriores, não há planos para uma variante de M4, mas funcionários da BMW não exclui um modelo de desempenho M.
Indo para a formação inicial será o 435i, que se inicia em 41.155. É alimentado por um turbo 3. 0-litro em linha reta seis motor a gasolina. Com 302bhp e 295lb ft de torque, cobre 0-62 mph em 5. 2 seg sob disfarce automático, quando retornava a economia de combustível combinado de 39. 8mpg e uma saída de 189g/km de CO2.
O 428i senta-se na extremidade mais acessível da gama gasolina, preço a partir de 32.815. Seu Turbo 2. 0-litro de quatro cilindros tem 242bhp e 258lb-ft. O mesmo motor também é usado na 420i, onde oferece 181bhp e 199lb ft.
UM 2. 0-litro turbodiesel recursos a 418d (de 30.995) e 420 d (31.795). Ele oferece 141bhp e 236lb ft no 418d, enquanto o 420D produz 181bhp e 280lb ft. A 418d tem um 0-62 mph tempo de 9. 2 seg, juntamente com a economia combinada de 62. 8mpg e CO2 de 119g/km, no manual pretexto.
Após o lançamento, a BMW é esperado para adicionar modelos d 430 e 435d para o line-up. O xDrive 435d estará disponível exclusivamente com tração nas quatro rodas e uma caixa de velocidades automática. Ambos usam BMWs 3. 0-litros, seis cilindros turbodiesel. Tem 255bhp e 413lb ft a 430d, enquanto o 435ds produz ondas de 309bhp e 465lb ft.

Five-door liftback joins coupe and convertible variants in 4-series range; on sale in June with prices starting at 29,000. The BMW 4-series GranCoupe has been revealed, and will make its public debut at the Geneva motor show in March.
Set to go on sale in the UK in June with prices starting from 29,420, the five-door liftback extends the 4-series line-up to three distinct body styles. It joins the 4-series coupe and convertible to create a range intended to rival that of the Audi A5.
The new car is similar in appeal to the 6-series GranCoupe. However, BMW has turned away from using the conventional boot of that model, instead giving the 4-series GranCoupe a more versatile five-door liftback arrangement, like that of the bigger, taller 3-series GranTurismo. BMW officials say this format will make the 4-series GranCoupe more appealing to younger buyers.
The result is a car similar in layout to the A5 Sportback, with a shallow glasshouse, two short rear doors (all of them frameless), a coupe-like roofline and a large liftback-style tailgate that opens automatically, either via the key fob or an optional foot-operated sensor incorporated into the rear bumper.
The 4-series GranCoupe is 4638mm long, 1825mm wide and 1389mm tall. Thats 14mm longer, 14mm wider and 40mm lower than the 3-series saloon. Despite its sleek appearance, the drag coefficients are only average by class standards, with a best of 0. 27 in 418d guise, rising to 0. 30 on all-wheel-drive models.
The new car has the same chassis as that of the 4-series coupe and convertible, so its less spacious inside than the long-wheelbase 3GT. Its wheelbase is 2810mm, with track widths of 1545mm at the front and 1594mm at the rear. The load bay has a 480-litre capacity with the rear seats up and 1300 litres with them folded down.
The 4-series GranCoupes rear doors and tailgate add 50kg to the kerb weight of the equivalent coupe models. The lightest of the launch models, the 420i, hits the scales at 1480kg, which is 80kg more than the 320i saloon.
The 4-series GranCoupe will be launched with a choice of five engines and either a standard six-speed manual 
or optional eight-speed automatic gearbox. A further two diesel engines are 
planned to follow this year.
Rear-wheel drive is standard. Optional four-wheel drive will be available from UK launch on the 33,815 420d xDrive, with other variants likely to follow. Contrary to earlier rumours, there are no plans for an M4 variant, but BMW officials do not rule out an M Performance model.
Heading the initial line-up will be the 435i, which starts at 41,155. It is powered by a turbocharged 3. 0-litre straight six petrol engine. With 302bhp and 295lb ft of torque, it covers 0-62mph in 5. 2sec in automatic guise, while returning combined fuel economy of 39. 8mpg and a CO2 output of 189g/km.
The 428i sits at the more affordable end of the petrol range, priced from 32,815. Its turbocharged 2. 0-litre four-cylinder engine has 242bhp and 258lb ft. The same engine is also used in the 420i, where it delivers 181bhp and 199lb ft.
A 2. 0-litre turbodiesel features in the 418d (from 30,995) and 420d (31,795). It delivers 141bhp and 236lb ft

After the launch, BMW is expected to add 430d and 435d models to the line-up. The 435d xDrive will be available exclusively with four-wheel drive and an automatic gearbox. Both use BMWs 3. 0-litre, six-cylinder turbodiesel. It has 255bhp and 413lb ft in the 430d, while the 435ds outputs swell to 309bhp and 465lb ft.
