With comprehensive insurance will pay in full

Circumstances exempting the insurer from payment, stipulated by articles 961, 963, 964 Civil code. Such reasons as the lack of the driver in the policy or in the Civil code or in any other law. Therefore, the Supreme court found that the insurers have no grounds for such refusal.
